Client's Vision:
The client was looking for a fresh take on the classic summer team event — something that would strengthen team bonds without feeling corporate, repetitive, or overly staged. They wanted an experience that was simple but special, central to Zurich, and above all, genuinely fun and engaging for the whole team.
My Approach:
From the start, I knew this team would appreciate something hands-on, unexpected, and interactive — not just another sit-down dinner or presentation. I reached out to my network to create a bespoke experience with Turicum Gin, a local Zurich distillery known for its quality and authenticity.
The afternoon began with a tour of the Turicum distillery, followed by a custom GinLab session where each team member created their own bottle of gin to take home. The experience was lively and inclusive — even for non-drinkers — and sparked plenty of laughs and connection.
After the workshop, the team enjoyed a casual aperitif on-site before heading to one of my favorite hidden gems in Zurich: Münsterhöfli. Nestled on historic Münsterplatz, the restaurant’s location added to the atmosphere, with street musicians and warm summer air creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed, family-style dinner.
Memorable Moments:
Designing and bottling their own gin gave team members something personal (and brag-worthy) to take home

Outcome:
The event was a hit — lively, thoughtful, and refreshingly different. The client loved how the experience brought the team together naturally, with meaningful shared moments and plenty of fun. The gin-making workshop especially stood out as something no one had done before, and everyone walked away feeling more connected.
