Client's Vision:
The client wanted to mark their anniversary with a celebration that felt authentic to their team — a summer party that was anything but the stereotypical “law firm event.” Their goal was to bring together family, friends, and key business partners for an evening that was relaxed, vibrant, and personal, while still carrying a touch of professionalism.

My Approach:
The choice of Galvanik Zug, a local club with a playful, youthful atmosphere and outdoor space, set the tone right away. It gave the event a sense of nostalgia while creating a laid-back vibe that encouraged guests to connect.

The setup was designed to be casual and summery: standing-friendly with scattered seating, colorful branded décor, and plenty of open space for mingling. Two food trucks provided variety and flexibility, while a DJ kept the energy high throughout the night.

To make the celebration truly personal, I introduced the idea of signature cocktails — each member of the leadership team selected their favorite drink, gave it a playful name, and shared a short description. This simple but thoughtful detail became a highlight of the evening, sparking conversation and giving the event a unique, authentic twist.

Memorable Moments:

  • Guests moving seamlessly between the food trucks, dance floor, and photobooth, creating a natural flow to the evening

  • The leadership team’s personalized cocktails, which quickly became conversation starters

  • Branded touches — from balloons to wristbands — that tied everything together and reinforced the firm’s identity without being overbearing

  • The balance of casual summer fun with a professional polish that reflected WyssLaw’s culture

Outcome:
The result was an anniversary that perfectly captured WyssLaw’s personality: approachable, dynamic, and anything but boring. Guests stayed long into the evening, enjoying good food, music, and conversation. Feedback from the client and attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many remarking on how natural and fun the atmosphere felt.
