Client’s Vision:
The couple wanted an intimate, elegant civil wedding surrounded by their closest family and friends. The focus was on simplicity, meaningful moments, and celebrating in a relaxed yet refined way — without the pressure of a large production.

My Approach:
To bring their vision to life, I supported the couple with vendor coordination, timeline management, and discreet on-the-day coordination. The ceremony took place at the beautiful historic Rathaus in Zug, followed by an aperitif at the charming Rathauskeller with 30 guests.

For the dinner, the group moved to the Ochsen Restaurant for a more intimate gathering with immediate family. The flow of the day was designed to feel effortless, with space to soak in the moments — no stress, just joy.

Delicate florals by Belle Fleur added a romantic, soft touch to the occasion, reflecting the couple’s understated and timeless style.

Memorable Moments:

  • The peaceful walk from the ceremony to the aperitif, surrounded by smiles and sunshine.

  • A warm, personal dinner in one of Zug’s most beloved local restaurants.

  • The heartfelt simplicity of a day that centered on love, not spectacle.

Outcome:
Though modest in scale, the day was rich in feeling — just what the couple envisioned. Everything unfolded seamlessly, allowing them to be fully present and enjoy their celebration. A reminder that even small weddings can be deeply special when thoughtfully planned.

Elegant dining room with a long, white-covered table set with multiple wine glasses, water glasses, white plates, silverware, and napkins, adorned with colorful flower arrangements in vases, wooden chairs, warm lighting from ceiling fixtures, and a wooden-paneled wall background.

Bachelorette Weekend

Client's Vision:
The bride envisioned a beautiful, surprise bachelorette getaway with a blend of fun, luxury, and refinement. She wanted an experience filled with good wine or Champagne, exquisite food, sightseeing, and some pampering — but without the typical "trashy" vibe that many bachelorette trips tend to have.

My Approach:
With the bride’s preferences in mind, I meticulously planned every detail from start to finish to ensure a smooth, unforgettable experience. This included booking a charming boutique hotel, Au Clos du Lac, which boasts five uniquely designed rooms for an intimate and exclusive stay. The host was absolutely wonderful, adding a personal touch to the experience that the group truly appreciated.

The entire weekend was a complete surprise to the bride, who only discovered the destination and itinerary at the airport. The excitement ramped up when, on the plane to Paris, the maître de cabin made a special announcement to wish the bride and her crew a fantastic time in Champagne. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of joy and excitement to the start of the trip.

The weekend’s highlights included champagne tastings at Veuve Clicquot and Boizel, as well as a vintage Champagne tour, complete with a sabrage ceremony through beautiful vineyards and villages.

Memorable Moments:

  • To make the bride feel extra special, her room was decorated with balloons, confetti, and a bottle of rosé Champagne waiting for her upon arrival.

  • Custom goodie bags, featuring sashes, team bride tumblers, scrunchies, and personalized items for the bride (like a hair clip with pearls and a veil), were a hit with the group.

  • The vineyard tour in the vintage bus, followed by a sabrage experience, was a standout memory, and the stunning views only enhanced the magic of the moment.

  • Delicious meals at handpicked locations and a night out at a chic yet relaxed bar added a perfect touch of fun to the weekend.

Outcome:
The weekend exceeded all expectations. The bride described it as the perfect celebration, and the guests repeatedly mentioned the flawless planning and attention to detail that made everything run smoothly. It was a weekend filled with laughter, luxury, and memories that will last a lifetime.

"The event organized by Lumé was absolutely fabulous. Both during the planning phase and the coordination on-site, Lumé ensured that everything ran perfectly and that all guests felt completely comfortable. What particularly stood out were all the small attentions and surprises provided to both the guests and me, which made the experience unique and unforgettable. The excellent service, the extremely reliable organization, and Sharon's very caring nature completed the experience and allowed me to fully enjoy my event. I will definitely involve Lumé again for my next event!"
