Client's Vision:
The client was looking for a simple yet elevated summer event that would feel more memorable than a traditional team dinner. With an international team, they wanted to showcase one of Switzerland's greatest assets during the warmer months while creating a relaxed setting where colleagues could genuinely connect.
My Approach:
Rather than organizing another traditional team dinner, I designed an experience that celebrated one of Switzerland's greatest summer highlights: Lake Zurich. By making the journey part of the event, the evening felt relaxed, authentic, and memorable — particularly for the international employees experiencing Switzerland beyond the office.
The evening began with a summer aperitif aboard a ZSG scheduled boat, cruising from Bürkliplatz to Horgen. The scenic journey across Lake Zurich offered the perfect setting for colleagues to unwind, enjoy the sunshine, and connect before dinner.
Upon arrival in Horgen, the team continued to L'O, where a beautifully prepared lakeside dinner awaited. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere provided the ideal backdrop for meaningful conversations and a memorable summer evening.
Throughout the event, the combination of Switzerland's stunning scenery, relaxed pacing, and thoughtfully selected venues transformed a simple team dinner into a shared experience that felt both effortless and special.
